Arya manufacture a line of NPT products to assure safe and easy plumbing through 15,000 psi. These needle valves are engineered to the highest standards of repeatable quality. The consistent performance of these products has made Arya one of the reliable suppliers of elevated pressure components. These valves are available in 1/4”, 3/8” and 1/2" to satisfy widely varied requirements in chemical, petrochemical, research and oil & gas industries.
Features :

  • Valve design provides in-line pipe connections for 1/4” to 1/2” pipe sizes.
  • Rising stem & bar stock body design.
  • Non-rotating stem prevents stem/seat galling. These stems are standard for on-off service and insure
    long life on valve seats.
  • ·Metal-to-metal seating achieves bubble-tight shut-off, longer stem/seat life in abrasive flow, greater
durability for repeated on/off cycles and excellent corrosion resistance.
  • PTFE (Teflon) encapsulated packing provides dependable stem and body sealing. Teflon (450 ºF) standard
with optional Viton (350 ºF), BUNA-N (200 ºF) and Grafoil (650º F) available.
  • Materials include high tensile Type 316 stainless steel for valve bodies and hardened 17-4PH stainless
steel for lower section stems. Stem sleeve and packing gland materials have been carefully chosen to
achieve extended thread cycle life and reduced handle torque.
  • Operating temperature range from 0º F (-17 ºC) TO 400 ºF (204 ºC).

Note : NPT (Pipe) Connections :

    1. NPT threads must be sealed using a high quality PTFE tape and/or paste Product.
    2. Sealing performance may vary based on many factors such as pressure, temperature, media, thread quality, thread material, proper thread engagement and proper use of thread sealant.
    3. Customer should limit the number of times an NPT fitting is assembled and disassembled because thread deformation during assembly will result in deteriorating seal quality over time. When using only PTFE tape, consider using thread lubrication to prevent galling of mating parts.
